Return Policy

You may not return special orders or custom engraved or embroidered orders. If the product has a manufacturing defect or is incorrect I will gladly replace it. I want my customers to be 100% happy with their purchases.

You may return an item IN IT'S ORIGINAL CONDITION WITH THE TAG ON for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase.

The return does not include shipping/handling charges in either direction.

Warranty

I will replace your damaged item free of charge with an exact copy (or as near as possible, if items have been discontinued) if due to a manufacturing defect within 30 days of purchase. This does NOT cover damage to due normal wear and tear, accidental damage, accidental loss, theft, or buyer's remorse.
